Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about booking and enjoying your retreat at Creekside Crafters

Booking & Reservations

  • One person from your group will complete the booking form to reserve your retreat. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email within one business day.

To secure your dates, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required. Simply follow the PayPal link after submitting the booking form to complete your payment. The remaining balance (minus the deposit) is due 60 days before your arrival.

Please note: We do our best to keep the calendar updated, but all bookings are first come, first served. If your preferred date is no longer available, we'll gladly work with you to find the next best option for your group.

  • Out of fairness to all of our guests, we do not hold reservations without a deposit. Your retreat dates are only secured once the $250 non-refundable deposit has been received.

  • No. One person from your group must be designated as the reservation holder. She will be responsible for submitting the booking request, paying the $250 deposit, collecting funds from the group, and submitting the remaining balance when due. Please do not send individual payments.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer partial group bookings. The flat weekend rate is $1,200, which covers up to six guests. If you have fewer than six, you are still welcome to book the retreat you'll simply divide the cost among the guests attending.

    For example:

    • If 6 women attend, the cost is $200 per person

    • If 5 women attend, the cost is $240 per person

    • If 4 women attend, the cost is $300 per person

You're also welcome to invite friends, family, or fellow crafters to fill the open spots. Just keep in mind: the reservation holder is responsible for the full payment.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled visit. If you cancel with less than 30 days' notice, all payments made will be forfeited.

For cancellations made 30 days or more in advance, payments (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be applied toward a future stay within 90 days of your original reservation date. Please note: retreats may only be rescheduled one time.

  • We understand that life happens, and while we cannot offer a refund or credit for your portion of the stay, you do have options. You're welcome to sell or gift your spot to a friend, or simply forfeit your seat.

If your group prefers not to bring someone new, they may choose to split the cost of your portion among themselves and reimburse you directly. Whatever the solution, we encourage groups to work together to find what works best.
