Frequently Asked Questions
how do i make a reservation?
One person from your group will complete the booking form to reserve your retreat. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email within one business day.
To secure your dates, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required. Simply follow the PayPal link after submitting the booking form to complete your payment. The remaining balance (minus the deposit) is due 60 days before your arrival.
Please note: We do our best to keep the calendar updated, but all bookings are first come, first served. If your preferred date is no longer available, we’ll gladly work with you to find the next best option for your group.
will you hold a reservation without a deposit?
Out of fairness to all of our guests, we do not hold reservations without a deposit. Your retreat dates are only secured once the $250 non-refundable deposit has been received.
Yes! We know how important it is to stay connected, so we provide complimentary WiFi throughout the retreat. Whether you need to check emails, browse the web, or stream your favorite shows and movies, you’ll have seamless access during your stay.
can we pay individually?
No. One person from your group must be designated as the reservation holder. She will be responsible for submitting the booking request, paying the $250 deposit, collecting funds from the group, and submitting the remaining balance when due. Please do not send individual payments.
what if our group needs to cancel?
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled visit. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice, all payments made will be forfeited.
For cancellations made 30 days or more in advance, payments (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be applied toward a future stay within 90 days of your original reservation date. Please note: retreats may only be rescheduled one time.
what if i cannot attend with my group? will i get a refund or credit?
We understand that life happens, and while we cannot offer a refund or credit for your portion of the stay, you do have options. You’re welcome to sell or gift your spot to a friend, or simply forfeit your seat.
If your group prefers not to bring someone new, they may choose to split the cost of your portion among themselves and reimburse you directly. Whatever the solution, we encourage groups to work together to find what works best.
what if i don’t have enough to make a group?
Unfortunately, we do not offer partial group bookings. The flat weekend rate is $900, which covers up to six guests. If you have fewer than six, you are still welcome to book the retreat—you’ll simply divide the cost among the guests attending.
For example:
If 5 women attend, the cost is $180 per person
If 4 women attend, the cost is $225 per person
You're also welcome to invite friends, family, or fellow crafters to fill the open spots. Just keep in mind: the reservation holder is responsible for the full payment.
can i bring my spouse, boyfriend, children or a pet?
For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, Creekside Crafters is a ladies-only retreat and open to adult women age 18 and up. We are unable to accommodate spouses, children, or pets.
what time can we arrive?
Our current day crop hours are Friday/Saturday – 6:00 AM to Midnight ~ Sunday – 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
These are simply the hours our doors are open — feel free to come and go as it suits your schedule! Whether you're an early bird or a night owl, we've got you covered.
Please note: Overnight accommodations are not available at this time, but we’re working hard to get the bedrooms ready and hope to offer overnight stays this Fall. Stay tuned!
